Hon's Honey, a product of The Well, a Baltimore-based non-profit, embodies healing and empowerment for women survivors of trauma. Crafted by these resilient women, Hon's Honey symbolizes love's transformative power, serving as an employment program offering dignity and purpose. Before joining, women undergo holistic healing through The Well's life development program, workshops, counseling, and community building, paving the way for their inspiring journey from adversity to creating Hon's Honey.

Charm: Voices of Baltimore Youth
CHARM projects and publications are led by a dynamic student editorial board made up of 20 middle and high school students from across Baltimore. The board produces a variety of publication projects, including print anthologies and online publications that celebrate and amplify the voices of Baltimore youth. Editorial positions are paid, and we offer team leader, editor, and junior editor roles on two teams: Journalism and Publications.

Inspired by nature, we offer native plants and easy-to-grow seeds while incorporating creative items designed to assist and inspire. Tiny Dog Press
Baltimore-based Kari Miller, a Texas native, cherishes printing, color, and urban farming. From a young age, she embraced entrepreneurship, dabbling in odd jobs and neighborhood ventures. After earning a BFA in Studio Art specializing in printmaking from Baylor University, Kari dreamt of owning her creative business, leading to the birth of Tiny Dog Press in March 2013. Her vibrant letterpress cards and prints adorn popular Baltimore shops, while she also frequents local markets when not tending to her garden alongside her pup, Max (Tiny). Committed to the local economy and community, Kari inspires fellow women entrepreneurs, mentors children, and teaches letterpress printing at Stevenson University, aspiring through Tiny Dog Press to spread joy, encouragement, and the boundless possibilities of creativity fueled by passion.
